This Privacy Policy explains what information Studio collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using the Service you agree to this policy.

To operate the booking service — match you with the stylist you're booking, create and manage appointments, send confirmations and reminders, process optional deposits, and provide support.

3. Payments

Deposits and payouts are processed by Stripe. Stripe collects and stores payment details under its own privacy policy. Studio does not store full card numbers.

4. Email

Confirmation, reminder, and receipt emails are sent through our email provider (Resend) on our behalf.

5. Sharing

We share your booking information with the stylist you book with. We use service providers (such as Stripe and our email and hosting providers) to run the Service. We do not sell your personal information.

6. Cookies & sessions

We use a session identifier so your booking conversation works across page loads. We don't use third-party advertising trackers.

7. Retention

We keep booking and account information for as long as needed to provide the Service and meet legal or record-keeping obligations.

8. Your choices

You can request access to or deletion of your information by contacting us. A stylist can also remove client records from their dashboard.

9. Children

The Service is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
